TRADING and AUTOJUMBLING - pre-booking by 1st May 2008 is absolutely essential

Thanks to everyone who's supported us over the last couple of years and we look forward to welcoming you back. To you VanWest newbies; we hope that you will join us all at our forthcoming show.

Trade stands for the whole weekend are available in multiples of 5 metres width (10m deep). A single 5m pitch costs £50, with each additional 5m available at £25. this includes camping and entry for two traders. Additional trade passes can be purchased at £20pp for the weekend (see camping and ticket info page for other ticket prices). No problem if you only want to trade Saturday or Sunday but the price remains the same.

Please note that trade stands must be booked in advance. Closing date for bookings is 1st May.  If you want to go on our mailing list for next year to make sure you don't miss out - then contact us.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE that this page is for general traders only - not caterers so, if you are interested in catering, please contact us. We have all our catering needs sorted for this year but if you'd like to be considered for future years, please drop us an email with information about your menu and pricing structure.

Health and Safety Matters : we require that you to send us a completed Risk Assessment with your booking form. Click here to see a sample Risk Assessment to assist you should you need it, but you must adapt it specifically to your own business.. All trade exhibitors at VanWest must have Public Liability Cover for a minimum of £2m effective as at 9th/10th/11th May 2008. Trade entry times

• 12 noon to 10pm Friday
• 6am to 9.30 am Saturday.
• For Sunday only traders - from 6am to 9.30am

AUTOJUMBLERS - Only private autojumble is available - i.e. specifically for those dubbers with a few bits to sell after clearing the garage AND arriving in a VW. There is no charge for this other than show entry. Click here for an autojumble plot application. All other autojumblers, please use the trade form.
