What is VanWest?
VanWest is a Volkswagen show aimed at all incarnations of VW buses. However, everyone is welcome - this year we're celebrating the Bus' 60th Birthday.

When is VanWest?
Saturday/Sunday, 10th/11th May 2007 - camping also available Friday 9th May
When can I come in?
Gates open for camping from mid-day Friday til 10pm and from 9am Saturday til 10pm. Show opening times 10am til 6pm Saturday and 10am til 4pm Sunday.
How much does it cost?
- Adult Weekend : £20.00pp for the weekend (Friday and/or Saturday night to Sunday). It's the same price whether you arrive on Friday or Saturday for camping (under 12s free).
- Family weekend (2 adults and 2 children aged between 12 and 16) £60 (under 12s free)
- For Saturday only entry, here's the deal: pay 20 quid and, when you leave before curfew at 6pm, you get 50% back - if you want to stay later than this and catch the evening entertainment, that's fine but no refund.
- Sunday only - £8.00 per person (under 12s free)
- Family Sunday Pass (2 adults and 2 children aged 12 - 16) £25

Is entry to the museum included ?
No, entry to the museum is not included, but we have negotiated discounted entry at the group rate (see www.haynesmotormuseum.co.uk for details on cost and exact opening times). Just show your VanWest wristband on entry. We can assure you, it's well worth a visit.
Can I camp over
Yes - camping is available from Friday evening (gates open at mid-day on Friday 'til 10pm and again on Saturday from 9am to 10pm.)

I am a member of a club - can we have a club stand?
Yes, early booking is advisable though as limited spaces are available. Club camping behind your club stand in the main arena. No charge for club stand but all members pay entry charge. Click here for information and a downloadable booking form.
Can I come for the day?
You can come for Saturday or Sunday only if you wish. If you come in on Saturday, pay £20 on entry and, if you leave BEFORE 6pm, you will get £10 back. Cost for Sunday only is £8.00 (under 12s free in all categories). Click here for ticket information

Can I bring my dog?
Yes, no worries so long as you keep them on a lead at all times and all doggie doos are disposed of properly.
Is there a show and shine?
No, but there is a Van Display area (roll up early - limited space but free to enter) with prizes and awards.

Will there be vehicles for sale?
There is a vehicles for sale area with a charge of £2 to enter your Vdub. You don't have to book but space is limited so early arrival recommended 'cos when it's full, it's full!

Can I get on the test track
Yep - test track opening times: Saturday 12pm - 4pm and on Sunday from 10am - 2pm. Just a fiver for 10 laps.
